Narrative: SPRUCE MESSAGE VISIT Date: 2026-07-19 Encounter: Photo review (image sent by parent via Spruce text message) CC: Rash with white bumps on infant's scrotum. HPI: Macklin (approximately 15 weeks old) was noted by parent to have a rash with white bumps on his scrotum. Parent described the redness as mild and was more concerned about the white spots. A photo was submitted for review. No other associated symptoms reported. Feeding and spitting had improved significantly at this time. Assessment: Dr. Hobbs reviewed the photo and assessed it as minor skin irritation — "a little irritation - nothing too exciting looking." Plan: Advised to apply diaper cream to the affected area. No further workup required.
