Great! See you then
9am on the 11th works great.
Great, we even could do first thing too like 8:00-8:30
That might work great. Let me check. I fly out at some point that day.
Mornings 9-11 are still great, maybe Monday the 11th?
I love that plan. Any time of day, most days, good for you?
Dr Hobbs, Greta is approaching 9 months in three weeks and wanted to see if you wanted to schedule a checkup some time soon. She's doing great but I thought it would a good time to check in. We are traveling around a bit after May 14th so even sooner work well for us.
Ok sounds good. We've upped the prunes too so it should be alright.
No worries at all. Babies will go many days between poops. Sometimes solids will start causing some constipation that can be addressed with more fluids, prunes, pears, etc
Hey sorry I caught you at a bad time. Yeah that was my question. Maddie is just concerned that it's day 4 now. She is a bit cranky in the afternoons but I'm not sure if that's due to normal teething or constipation. Is there anything over the counter that's worth trying or not really?
No concerns on my end about the gap in poops if he's not uncomfortable
Hi John, just out of a my own surgical procedure. How can I help?
Another question for you. Since we've introduced solids (~ 1 feeding per day, not huge amounts) we've noticed that sometimes she'll go a day or two between poops. Right now we're three days going on day four. She doesn't seem to be acting abnormally. Any cause for concern at this point? Thanks!
Always welcome!
Ok, thanks for your input I appreciate it. She's been pretty good overall with it but sometimes the teething pain episodes hit extra hard.
I’d do 3, you’ll notice there are big jumps. At her weight, 3ml every 6-8 hours
Thanks we've been doing the 2.5ml, but it doesn't seem to make much of difference sometimes so I was thinking about upping it to 3 or 3.5, but it looks like that's at 18lbs.
Great for wt based dosing
This might help!
Dr. Hobbs, do you think 3.5 ml of the liquid Tylenol/day is too much for a baby Greta's size right now, as the teething pain is pretty intense. Maybe she's 16lb by now. Let me know what you think. Thanks!
Ok thank you
Will call soon
Maddie accidentally bonked Greta on the head this morning while changing her shirt. I think she's ok but wanted to ask a more few questions.
Sure can. Driving. What’s up?
Could you give me a call when you get a minute? Thanks
See you then!
Let's do it! Booked
Works for us
11am Wed?
Tomorrow and Wednesday are wide open for us so maybe sometime mid morning? Obviously could do Thurs or Friday too but was just thinking sooner is better.
Pretty open! First thing Monday morning would be best to start but could do anytime Monday or Tuesday.
excited to see you guys soon! how's your schedule?
Thanks!
That she is! Thanks. Have fun in Jackson!
If she’s acting fine, no. Just being a sensitive human :)
Dr Hobbs, Greta's rash has spread a bit more since I saw you Thursday. Anything to be concerned about? She doesn't seem to be bothered by it. Thanks!

see ya then!
Yes that works!
930?
Sounds great.
How about thursday morning?
Hey team! Sorry I missed you call.
Running about 10 minutes behind, but on my way
see ya soon!
Great! That actually is better for me, I think we'll be there at 10:30
good morning! weather is looking goofy. if you want to come down earlier, I can see you before 11. 10. 1015 or 1030 all work
Sounds great
1130?
How about Monday late morning-mid day?
Hello! Next week is pretty open and would love to see you guys. What day's and times work best?
The truth! Good deal, well we've been doing a lot of that so that's good to know.
there are books and websites, but generally I rec just getting on the floor and playing with them face to face. humans do great if we just play a lot.
Yes we love Blooma. Not back until December
do you know Blooma?
you all back??
Dr. Hobbs, looking for some resources on baby gymnastics/ exercises etc, that we could do with Greta as she starts crawling and moving around more in the coming months. As a reminder she is 11 weeks so still just focusing on tummy time at the moment. Any places in town/books/online programs you recommend for the future?
Hi, this is Clara, the Lakes Pediatrics AI assistant. Since it's outside office hours, you can leave a message for Dr. Hobbs to review when he's available. If you'd like help now with a medical concern, just reply 'Clara' and I'll guide you through what to do. For emergencies, please call 911 or go to the nearest ER.
Good deal, thanks!
2.5ml is great
Dr. Hobbs, the infant Tylenol recommends a dose of 5ml for kids 24 lbs and up, would we want to cut that in half to 2.5ml for Greta if we have to use it? Thanks!

You can ignore the closed street signs and park directly in front of the house. The north end of Chowen might be blocked though, so enter from Chowen and 54th.
Good!
good news, not looking odd to me at all :)
It doesn't seem to be bothering her, just looked a bit odd
Usually not much you have to do for it if it's not bothering her.
Good morning, looks like a little seborrhea
Dr. Hobbs, just wanted ask if this is concerning, obviously you can get a closer look tomorrow but Greta's forehead has been a bit dry with a bunch of small bumps lately. Maybe because of baby wearing? It doesn't look super irritated but thought I'd ask anyway. Thanks and see you tomorrow.
Great!
let's plan 1130 on Thursday
Yes no problem
make sense, we will make Thursday work. I'm attending a virtual conference wed/thurs/fri and will see the final schedule tomorrow, ok if we lock down where in the 10-12 range after I see it?
We have audiology appt on Tuesday so I was thinking it would be best after that. Could do Wednesday morning as well
I could also pop by earlier in the week
Yes, that's a great window
Hi! Yes. 10-12 your best window?
Is Thursday still going to work? We are flexible on what time so just let me know
Sounds great
Let me check Thursday.
Anytime. Morning around 10-12 is usually a good time for us
Does Wednesday or Thursday work?
Say more?
Maybe next week would be better actually.
Yes. Sunday?
You around this weekend?
Doing good! Just wanted to see when we should schedule our next visit with you either at home or at your office.
How are you? How are momma and baby?
Hi! Just finished up a full day meeting.
Hi guys! I’ll give you a call in a bit
Very welcome
Copy that, thanks!
Nothing alarming at all. Plugged tear duct. If the goop gets a lot worse, check in and we can make a plan
That's awesome, thank you. Quick question: Greta's right eye is still a bit puffy/bruised looking and has a lot of goop from the tear duct throughout the day. Anything to be concerned about?
Won't change your access in any way. The change has been made.
It was great to meet you too Dr. Hobbs, thanks for the home visit. I think that plan sounds great, as long as it doesn't change our access to you in any way. We appreciate it!
Hello all. It was really nice meeting everyone. If you're open to it, I'd like to put you on a different plan. I have a certain number of slots at lower rates and I really respect what you're both doing and was wondering if I could slot you into a different plan at 75/month instead of the 90/month.
Great, see you tomorrow!
Yes! 10:00 is great
And wondering if it works if I stop by as early as 10am tomorrow?
