Narrative: SPRUCE MESSAGE VISIT Date: 2026-08-20 Encounter: Spruce text message CC: Post-circumcision pain management guidance requested by parents. HPI: August is a newborn who underwent circumcision on August 20. Following the procedure, parents reported he was "pretty unhappy" and noted they received no guidance on pain control from the proceduralist. Parents had infant Tylenol (Genexa brand) available at home and contacted Dr. Hobbs that evening for dosing guidance.
