Narrative: SPRUCE MESSAGE VISIT Date: 2025-11-12 Encounter: Spruce text message followed by in-person home visit CC: Fever and cough for several days, part of household illness outbreak. HPI: Hendricks, age approximately 6, was part of the same household illness as his siblings. He had a mild cough and temperature in the high 99s on the morning of November 12th. He had been sleeping while siblings were being assessed. Influenza and strep were circulating at school. Assessment: Viral febrile illness, consistent with influenza or similar household-circulating virus. Plan: In-person home visit on November 12th for all three children. Symptomatic management.
