Narrative: SPRUCE MESSAGE VISIT Date: 2026-02-25 Encounter: Photo review (images sent by parent via Spruce text message) CC: Open sores and red bumps across body for 2-3 days, parent suspects impetigo. HPI: Malcolm, age approximately 5, had open sores and red bumps distributed across his body including in the gluteal cleft (butt crack) for approximately 2 to 3 days. Neosporin had been applied and seemed to provide some relief. Parent suspected impetigo. Photos were taken and sent the following morning.
