Narrative: SPRUCE MESSAGE VISIT Date: 2026-02-28 CC: Persistent diaper rash, concern for yeast infection HPI: Parent reports Daisy has a diaper rash that is not resolving. Family is currently in Utah and has not yet established with a local pediatrician there. Parent is concerned the rash may be a yeast infection rather than a simple irritant diaper rash. Encounter: Parent messaged Dr. Hobbs regarding persistent diaper rash with concern for yeast infection while family is traveling in Utah. Dr. Hobbs acknowledged the concern and agreed to evaluate.
