Narrative: SPRUCE MESSAGE VISIT Date: 2026-03-18 Encounter: Photo review (diaper rash photo sent by parent via Spruce) CC: Persistent diaper rash with area that appears blistered and is not fully resolving. HPI: Daisy is a pediatric patient (age not specified) with a diaper rash that had previously been improving but has a lingering area that appears almost blistered per parent's description. The rash initially started getting better on its own before a previously recommended topical mix was attempted. The parent did not try the recommended mix because they did not have the ingredients on hand. The rash is described as having a flare-up quality, with a small persistent area that is not resolving.
