Narrative: SPRUCE SPRUCE TEXT MESSAGE WITH PHOTO SHARING Date: 2026-04-25 CC: Rash evaluation and management in child HPI: Child presented with a rash that parents reported was improving. Photos were sent to physician for evaluation. Parents had been using various skin products including Aquaphor, Coterie baby balm, fragrance-free lotion, and Active Skin Repair baby spray. Assessment: Moderate eczema diagnosed based on clinical photos. Condition appears to be improving according to parent report. Plan: Discontinue Coterie baby balm and Active Skin Repair spray. Use Cetaphil or CeraVe wash and moisturizing ointment. Apply 0.5% hydrocortisone to the reddest and roughest areas. Avoid organic or scented products.
