Narrative: SPRUCE SPRUCE TEXT MESSAGE Date: 2026-05-12 CC: Severe eczema flare-up with bleeding from scratching HPI: Patient Daisy (age 1 year) is experiencing her worst eczema flare-up to date, lasting 2+ weeks. She is scratching so intensely on her upper left area that she is causing bleeding. Parent reports this is the worst flare she has ever had and is unsure of the triggering cause. Assessment: Severe eczema flare-up requiring anti-inflammatory treatment Plan: Prescribed topical steroid oil for body (avoiding face) and tacrolimus (non-steroidal) for face. Medications sent to Walgreens on Wayzata Blvd. Parent to keep provider updated on progress.
