Narrative: SPRUCE MESSAGE VISIT Date: 2026-06-02 Encounter: Spruce text message CC: Possible recurrence of eczema versus heat rash with red dots and itching in similar locations to prior flare. HPI: Approximately two weeks after the prior eczema flare resolved with steroid oil (confirmed clear by May 19), Daisy began developing red dots in similar locations with scratching behavior, noticed 1-2 days prior to the message. The weather had become hotter and more humid. Mother had been keeping Daisy in only a diaper on most days to minimize heat. Dr. Hobbs had previously mentioned a goal of 2-3 months without a flare. Assessment: Dr. Hobbs indicated the presentation could represent either heat rash or early eczema recurrence in the context of hot and humid weather.
