Narrative: SPRUCE MESSAGE VISIT Date: 2025-10-31 Encounter: Phone call via Spruce (2025-11-11) and video call via Google Meet (2025-11-17) CC: Check-in regarding PEERS social skills program enrollment and ongoing behavioral/mental health management. HPI: Eamon was accepted into the PEERS (Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills) program at the University of Minnesota. Parents were uncertain whether it was a good idea and sought Dr. Hobbs's input. A phone/video call was scheduled.
