Billing cutover remains blocked. Full invoice, payment, and credit parity is a controlled worker scan, not a page-load check; its latest completed evidence is not yet retained here. Hint's public contract also does not expose a refund operation or refund webhook, and outbound mutation UAT is incomplete.
Plan association and pricing proof
Hint's plan API supplies identity and type, not a complete price table. An administrator must compare Hint's current plan screen with the full Northstar rate configuration before linking them.
