Phone Visit
Narrative: SPRUCE MESSAGE VISIT Date: 2025-09-17 Encounter: Spruce text message with photo review CC: Dry forehead with small bumps, possibly related to baby wearing. HPI: Greta, a young infant, was noted by her parent to have a dry forehead with small bumps. The parent wondered if the rash could be related to baby wearing. The rash did not appear to be irritated and was not bothering the infant. A photo was sent by the parent via text message the day before a scheduled in-person home visit. Assessment: Dr. Hobbs assessed the rash as seborrhea, noting it did not appear concerning. Plan: Reassurance provided. No treatment recommended given that the rash was not bothering the infant. In-person review planned for the following day's home visit. Key clinical quotes: "Good morning, looks like a little seborrhea" "Usually not much you have to do for it if it's not bothering her." "good news, not looking odd to me at all :)" Source: Spruce conversation t_2IPCQHTH69O00
